"Dot Day"

I think that the dot day is a very creative idea. It really shows students that even if they don't think that they are very artistic and can't draw that they can still be an artist. Using the dot day in the classroom would be a great thing to experiment with the students. I think that they would love it, and everyone can do their own thing. The dot day students are encouraged to be creative and do whatever they want to. I felt like I could relate to the dot day because I dont think that I am a very good artist.

An extension project you could do would be to give students different types of paper and have them fill the paper however they wanted to with dots for dots day. You could also have just a big sheet of paper and have the students create their own dots and then in the middle they can all work together to create a big masterpiece of art to display around the classroom.
